Russ Tolman is a roots rock singer-songwriter is the former trailboss of psychedelic cowboy band True West. Russ has recorded six albums of his own starting with "Totem Poles and Glory Holes" for Elvis Costello's Demon Records in 1986 and most recently "City Lights" released on Blue Rose Records in Europe.
