The Tashians are a duo with a long list of credits -- Barry's includes touring with the Beatles as a member of the opening band, The Remains (detailed in his recent book, Ticket to Ride, Dowling Press). He recorded and played with Emmylou Harris Hot Band for ten years, and is a popular sideman, appearing on albums by artists such as Gram Parsons, Nanci Griffith, and Suzy Boggus. Holly has recorded with Nanci Griffith and Delia Bell; she also a respected songwriter, and has written songs for Jody Stecher and Kate Brislin, The Nashville Bluegrass Band and others.
