- Five piece improvisation oriented ensemble specializing in
acoustic and electric fusions of bluegrass, psychedelic,
jazz and rock traditions. Heavy emphasis on both composition
and improvisation--on technique and execution as emotion
and inspiration. Tunes range from traditional stlye bluegrass
(both original and traditional) to folksy ballads to technical
instrumental psychedelic rock, to blistering blues. Anything
americana serves as a coveted influence! [--John McGaraghan]
